Last Updated: January 1, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Rockies Lotto Guide website operated by Rockies Lotto Guide ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Rockies Lotto Guide regarding your use of the website and participation in any lottery games offered herein.
2. Eligibility & Age Verification
2.1 Age Requirement
Participation in lottery games on this Website is strictly limited to persons who are at least 19 years of age. Any person under the age of 19 found using this website will have their account immediately terminated, and any winnings will be forfeited to the regulatory authority.
2.2 Residency Requirement
The Service is intended solely for users who are physically located within Canada at the time of purchase. We utilize geolocation technology to verify your physical location. Attempts to circumvent these controls using VPNs, proxies, or other spoofing methods are a violation of these Terms.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) laws and gaming regulations, we require all users to verify their identity. You agree to provide us with valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Driver's License, Passport) and proof of address upon request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
You are permitted to open and maintain only one (1) account on the Website. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have opened multiple accounts (for example, to abuse a bonus or circumvent limits), we reserve the right to close all your accounts and void any associated transactions.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Rockies Lotto Guide is not responsible for any errors or delays in payment resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Deposits & Funds
Funds deposited into your Player Account must be used for the purchase of lottery tickets. We are not a banking institution, and no interest will be paid on funds held in your account.
- All deposits must be made in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- You must only use payment methods (credit cards, bank accounts) that are registered in your own name.
- We reserve the right to run credit checks and fraud checks on all users.
5. Game Rules & Purchases
5.1 Ticket Sales
All ticket sales are final. Once a transaction has been confirmed and the ticket generated in our system, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure the numbers selected and the number of entries are correct before confirming your purchase.
5.2 Cut-off Times
Ticket sales for specific draws close at designated times (typically 7:00 p.m. local time on the day of the draw). Any purchase attempt received by our servers after the cut-off time will automatically be entered into the next available draw.
5.3 The Electronic Record
In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers shown on your screen (or a printed copy) and the numbers recorded in our central computer system, the record in the central computer system shall be deemed the official and valid record.
6. Winnings & Withdrawals
6.1 Prize Claims
Winnings are subject to validation by Rockies Lotto Guide and the applicable provincial regulatory body. Prizes will only be paid to the registered owner of the account.
6.2 Withdrawal Thresholds
Small prizes (typically under $1,000 CAD) are automatically credited to your Player Account. You may withdraw these funds to your registered bank account or use them for future play. Major prizes (Division 1 or 2) require a manual verification process and may require you to visit a prize claim center in person.
6.3 Taxes
While lottery winnings are generally not taxable in Canada, it is your sole responsibility to report your winnings to relevant tax authorities if applicable to your specific financial situation or jurisdiction.
7. Responsible Gaming
We are committed to responsible gaming. By using our Service, you acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of losing money. We provide the following tools to help you manage your play:
- Deposit Limits: Set a cap on how much you can deposit per week/month.
- Loss Limits: Set a cap on how much you can lose in a given period.
- Self-Exclusion: You may request to be blocked from accessing your account for a specific period (6 months, 1 year, or permanent).
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
- Using the service for any illegal purpose, including money laundering.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the Website.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate results.
- Abusing staff or other players in communication channels.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rockies Lotto Guide, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact support to close your account.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
